Hand-kept, because most shops have no order feed we can read. The return deadline defaults to 30 days from the purchase date — correct it if the shop says otherwise.
Refunds due

- Zara and Massimo Dutti usually refund within 14 days — the "chase by" date is set to that, and turns red once it's passed.
- Flip it to refunded when the money actually lands.
